At BLAST Coffee Bar we are committed to sourcing the world’s best coffees. We have partnered with Counter Culture Coffee as our house roaster.  All of our coffee is kosher, organic and single origin/direct trade. We offer a full menu of espresso-based drinks as well as a selection of brewed coffees. All of our coffee is brewed to order at our pour-over bar to guarantee the highest quality coffee experience.

Tairora Cherry Project from Papua New Guinea
Developed by Chris Colbran to improve the quality, transparency, and sustainability of the local coffee trade, the Tairora Cherry Project – operating in conjunction with the Colbran family's Baroida coffee estate – is producing stellar coffees in one of the most remote microclimates in the world. Similar to, but more intense than our main Baroida lot, this coffee offers notes of spice, dried fruit, and molasses above a satisfying, creamy body.

No. 46, Bland
In the earliest days of Counter Culture's history, co-founder Fred Houk created what he felt was a delicious European-style coffee blend, balancing full-bodied Indonesian coffees with sweet and complex Latin American coffees. Filed away in our recipe book as "No. 46," nearly 15 years later this coffee remains one of our best-selling and most celebrated blends. We still simply call it Number 46.
